Return Policy

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies solely to the purchase of SafeBVM Corp.’s (“SafeBVM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), Sotair® Adult Training Device (“Product”) through buy.safebvm.com. At SafeBVM, we stand behind the quality of the Sotair® Adult Training Device. Because the Product is intended for professional training and simulation use and is packaged to preserve training integrity and product safety, returns are limited as described below.

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We only accept returns, replacements, or refunds in the following circumstances:

·       the Product is damaged in transit;

·       the Product is defective upon delivery; or

·       you receive the wrong item.

 

To be eligible for a return, replacement or refund:

·       you must contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery;

·       your item must  be unused and in its original packaging;

·       you must provide photographs of the Product, packaging, and shipping label; and

·       you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Because the Sotair® Adult Training Device is packaged to preserve product integrity and training reliability, Products may not be returned if:

·       The Product packaging has been opened, tampered with, or compromised for reasons unrelated to shipping damage or Product manufacturing defect;

·       the Product has been used, modified, misused, or damaged after delivery;

·       the return request is based on user preference, purchasing error, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction unrelated to a verified Product defect; or

·       the Product was purchased from an unauthorized reseller or third party not approved by SafeBVM.


RETURN AUTHORIZATION PROCESS

To start a return, you must contact us at orders@safebvm.com within 14 days and provide:

·       your order number;

·       a description of the issue;

·       photographs of the Product, packaging, and shipping label; and

·       your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

If a return is authorized, SafeBVM will provide return instructions and may, in its sole discretion, replace the Product, issue a refund of the original payment method, or provide another commercially reasonable solution. Authorized returns requiring shipment to SafeBVM may include a prepaid return shipment label. Unless otherwise stated in the return authorization instructions, all returns must be sent to the address:

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned to sender.

 

Certain fulfillment, shipping, and logistics services may be performed by authorized third-party providers, including Rescue Essentials. If your return is processed, fulfilled, shipped, or otherwise handled by a third-party provider, your return and related interactions may also be subject to that provider’s applicable terms, policies, and procedures, including shipping, returns, privacy, and website terms. SafeBVM may provide the third-party provider with limited customer and order information as reasonably necessary to process, fulfill, ship, deliver, and support the return. The third-party provider may contact you regarding your SafeBVM order return.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Except for approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, the Sotair® Adult Training Device is non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Approved claims will generally be resolved through replacement shipment or refund.

 

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

The European Union 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to purchases shipped within the United States or Canada. For orders shipped to the European Union or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights, SafeBVM will comply with applicable non-waivable consumer protection laws.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to additional shipping restrictions, customs procedures, import duties, taxes, local regulations, and mandatory consumer rights that vary by jurisdiction.

 

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

 

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and determined whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will  be automatically returned  to your original payment method within 10 business days following approval of the return. Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@safebvm.com.

 

SafeBVM reserves the right to deny refunds where:

  • the return does not comply with this Policy;
  • misuse or unauthorized use of the Product is identified;
  • fraud or abuse is suspected; or
  • the returned Product is materially different from the Product originally shipped.

POLICY CHANGES

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
