Shipping & Delivery Policy

 These SafeBVM Shipping and Delivery Terms (“Terms”) apply solely to the purchase of SafeBVM Corp.’s (“SafeBVM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) Sotair® Adult Training Device (“Product”) through buy.safebvm.com.

This page explains how we ship the Product, when you (“Customer”), can expect your order, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., U.S. territories, U.S. military APO/FPO addresses, and Canada. Additional shipping fees may apply to orders shipped to Canada.

For international orders outside of USA and Canada, please contact our team at info@safebvm.com. International shipments are handled on a case-by-case basis through SafeBVM or approved distributors. International orders arranged directly through SafeBVM may require advance payment and additional shipping coordination.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET Monday through Friday are generally processed for shipment the same or next business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on federal holidays ship the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Standard shipping within the continental United States is generally — 2 to 5 business days  and may be offered at no additional charge on qualifying orders or during limited-time promotions. 

Expedited shipping within the continental United States is generally — 1 to 2 business days, with cost calculated at checkout.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories is generally — 5 to 10 business days with cost calculated at checkout.

Delivery to APO/FPO military addresses varies based on destination and is typically 7 to 21 business days.

Delivery time estimates do not include weekends, federal holidays, or the order-processing day. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you created a SafeBVM account during checkout, you can also view tracking information in your order history by logging into your account profile on our website. 

If you have not received a tracking email within one business day of placing your order, check your spam folder, then contact info@safebvm.com.

ORDER PROCESSING THROUGH THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

SafeBVM may use authorized third-party providers, including distributors and fulfillment partners such as Rescue Essentials, to process, fulfill, ship, and deliver orders.  By placing an order, you acknowledge that certain fulfillment, shipping, logistics, customer support, and related services may be performed by such third-party providers. 

To the extent your order is processed, fulfilled, shipped, or otherwise handled by a third-party provider, your purchase and related interactions may be subject to that provider’s applicable terms, policies, and procedures, including shipping, returns, privacy, and website terms. For Rescue Essentials, those terms are available here:

SafeBVM may provide the third-party provider with limited customer and order information as reasonably necessary to process, fulfill, ship, deliver the order, and provide necessary customer service. The third-party provider may contact you regarding your SafeBVM order and related fulfillment or customer service matters.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND DELIVERY

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, title and risk of loss transfer to you upon transfer of the order to the shipping carrier. SafeBVM is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout, unless directly caused by SafeBVM.

If your tracking information shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building management, and your local carrier. If the package still cannot be located after 48 hours, contact info@safebvm.com and we will work with the carrier to file a claim.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. SafeBVM is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your Sotair® Adult Training Device arrives damaged, with compromised or tampered packaging, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 14 days at info@safebvm.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

If we determine that a replacement is appropriate, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping for the damaged or incorrect item if a return is requested.

Do not use the Sotair® Adult Training Device if the packaging is open, torn, tampered with, or compromised in any way.

FORCE MAJEURE

SafeBVM is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, labor disruptions, supply shortages, governmental actions, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.

REFUSED / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Orders returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to reshipment fees or refund deductions for shipping and handling costs.

Policy Changes

We may update these Shipping and Delivery Terms from time to time for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
